Shipping Policy

– Production: Processing Time: 2 – 3 days in regular seasons and may be longer depending on holiday seasons.

– Estimated Delivery: 7 – 10 business days in regular seasons and may be longer depending on holiday seasons.

– Shipping rates: $4.99 for the first item and $1.99 for every additional item.

While we suit use reasonable efforts to satisfy the shipping and delivery dates provided above, we shall not be liable for any delays in shipments.

Order changes

Please contact us as soon as you find out that you have made an error. If we catch the issue before the item goes into production, we can make the change. Remember, we strive to send out your product ASAP so act fast!

Item not received

If you’ve successfully placed an order and haven’t received it yet while the tracking status shows it’s delivered, you’ll have to contact the carrier about your order as once the item is dispatched we don’t have control over it (once it’s by the carrier), but if the problems still persist, kindly write us at [email protected] and we’ll try our greatest to help and resolve the issue at our earliest.

Sometimes tracking information won’t be available. This could be due to technical issues because of which the tracking information isn’t updated on the app. In such cases, if you’re still unable to locate your item, contact us via [email protected] and we’ll assist you.
